Turn around to be posted is a max of 10 business days, as we thats our WAITLIST to hit new orders in the system. This is due to as making items by scratch & the volume we process.

Brass is man made alloy made from a composition of copper & zinc, which is malleable and  is able to be worked with hand tools to produce hand stamp tags. It's due to these properties brass will wear out over time. Time frames with vary depending on a dogs lifestyle, size of dog and how active they are. Metal doesn't mean indestructible, like all everyday items they wear & tear. These are a commercial tag which may not last as long as our custom ones where the hole is lower. eventually it may stretch out and snap.  

Hardware can also be snagged, which can stretch out any keyring & result in a loss of a tag this can be unavoidable due to the nature of a hanging item. So do yourself a favour and check the condition of the keyring from time to time and replace as necessary.
