So, what do we actually do?
We rough polish and hand-stamp each tag with care, giving it that perfectly imperfect look.

A note on brass:
Brass is a man-made alloy of copper and zinc. It’s soft enough to be hand-stamped and gives each tag that warm, vintage look — but it does naturally oxidize over time. This can cause a greenish tint, especially on lighter-colored fur. The finish will evolve with wear, adding to its character. If you'd prefer to avoid patina, a quick polish now and then will help keep it looking fresh.

One last thing —
Because tags hang freely, they can snag and stretch out the keyring, which might lead to loss over time. We recommend checking your keyring occasionally and replacing it if it looks worn.

Turn around to be posted is a max of 10 business days. So 1-2 weeks processing time frame. This is due to as making items by scratch & the volume we process.

Brass is man made alloy made from a composition of copper & zinc, which is malleable and  is able to be worked with hand tools to produce hand stamp tags. It's due to these properties brass will wear out over time. Time frames with vary depending on a dogs lifestyle, size of dog and how active they are. Metal doesn't mean indestructible, like all everyday items they wear & tear.

Hardware can also be snagged, which can stretch out any keyring & result in a loss of a tag this can be unavoidable due to the nature of a hanging item. So do yourself a favour and check the condition of the keyring from time to time and replace as necessary.
